Turkey’s largest domino kidney transplant was performed. 7 volunteers who wanted to donate their kidneys to their relatives, but could not do so due to the conflict, gave their kidney to a patient from 7 people whom they did not know. Thus, their relatives who were sick also regained their health by transplanting the kidney suitable for them. Cross transplant surgeries involving such a large number of patients are very difficult, and they are very rare in the world.
